Congratulations to Jack Connors, our Policy Research Assistant, whose memo “A Decade of Austerity for Transit in Southeastern Wisconsin,” was honored at Sifting and Winnowing‘s Wisconsin Ideas Conference!
Jack’s memo examines the effects of declining state funding for transit on de facto segregation and workforce development in Milwaukee County and surrounding ‘W.O.W.’ counties, and will be published.
