Jenasea Hameister

Jenasea Hameister is an Environmental Scientist with an extensive background in policy analysis, legal compliance, and environmental equity. She earned a Master of Science in Environmental Conservation from the University of Wisconsin, specializing in climate change adaptation and environmental justice, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. Her previous work experience centered on advancing equitable climate strategies by reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and empowering community-led approaches to environmental justice. Her background emphasized climate change adaptation, air pollution and human health, grant writing, geospatial information systems, and conservation planning. In her current role, Jenasea manages renewable energy permitting applications, conducts biological monitoring, and contributes to the preparation of technical documents and reports tailored to client needs.
